What Others Are Saying

“After several reflexology treatments, my back pain I was experiencing was gone.”

Pat, RN in Harrisburg

“As a C level executive, I know the importance of staying fit and finding healthy ways to reduce stress. The challenge is finding the time and someone to teach you how to exercise efficiently. I found my answer with The Wheel of Life. Kathy designed a personal one hour training regimen that my wife and I did three days per week. The workouts included aerobic and strength training as well as stretching and massage. This holistic approach by someone as technically skilled as Kathy produced great results for me. With a relatively small commitment of time I was able to achieve my fitness goals, relax, and have a lot of fun. As a result, I am more balanced and effective in my leadership role.”

“The instant relief of back pain was remarkable.”

Jody in Harrisburg

“I have suffered from terrible PMS cramps my entire life. I’ve taken pain relievers to alleviate the pain, but they only work for hours. Kathy performed reflexology on me and my cramps disappeared. It was amazing.”

Sonya in Palmyra

“Having never had a reflexology treatment before, I was amazed at how great it felt! It was better than a body massage. My whole body felt relaxed.”

“It is hard to put into words what my personal training with Kathy has done for me in the past year. When I look back where I started, facing my fiftieth birthday, overweight, out of shape, facing health issues that required daily pain medication, I felt more like sixty than fifty. One year later, I feel better than I did at 40 and I owe that to Kathy and Wheel of Life. Kathy encouraged me to try personal training and right from the first session it was all about me. We examined my strengths (yes I had some) and my weaknesses, set goals and began to work out. She made me feel successful, giving me exercises that I could complete whether it was resistance training, weight training, balance or co-ordination drills and often doing them right along with me so I didn’t feel self-conscious. As my strength and co-ordination improved, the intensity and level of difficulty increased but always stayed within the range that made me successful. When my goals changed, Kathy was flexible and changed my routine to reach my goals. Each day is different and I never know what is in store, but that makes it fun and keeps it personal. Over the past year, there have been some very positive changes in my life. In general I am stronger and healthier. I have lost over 12 inches and nearly 6 sizes and have improved my eating habits. I rarely use over the counter pain relievers. My improved strength, balance and co-ordination have given me the confidence to try different exercises like bike riding. Kathy’s positive attitude is contagious and my success in the gym has given me a more positive attitude. The one thing that has not changed is Kathy’s focus on her clients and helping us maintain healthy lifestyles.”

“Before working with Kathy stretching and mashing were vaguely familiar terms, which I had mainly associated with professional athletes, with the latter better known to me in connection with certain vegetables… After suffering an injury, which sidelined me for 5 weeks, stretching soon became an integral part of my routine and mashing a great surprise and an absolute delight. Kathy has the ability to stretch those hard to get to areas, thus protecting muscles from injury. Her mashing technique is both soothing and invigorating. Kathy’s expertise, positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine interest in her work and clientele in addition to her personalized approach make for a wonderful experience! I highly recommend it!”
