Kathy Montgomery has been in sports fitness and training for 25 years. She is based at Hershey Racquet Club where she teaches her clients in resistance training. This stretch resistance exercise is for the Hamstring. As Taleen Vartan is being stretched she is resisting Montgomery’s hand pressure as she pushes against her. So as Vartan goes through the motion, she will be pushing against Montgomery’s hand through the entire sequence.
