Garlic Gingered Broccoli with Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
1 Bunch Broccoli
3 Cloves Garlic
5-inch Piece Fresh Ginger
6 Cups Water
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Tamari Soy Sauce

Wash and cut broccoli into florets. You can use the stems, but it will take longer to cook. Mince garlic. Finely grate ginger. Add 6 cups water to a pot. Bring to boil. Drop Your broccoli in, and let quick boil for about 3 minutes. Remove from water and give them a quick rinse. Heat skillet with oil; add garlic and sauté for a few seconds before adding broccoli. Sauté them together, add tamari soy sauce and ginger juice. Top with toasted pumpkin seeds.
